Job Description

Logging, updating and closing all reactive tasks in line with contractual SLA's

Organising call outs of in-house engineers and external specialist sub-contractors

Understand deduction mechanisms on individually assigned contracts to ensure appropriate prioritisation of tasks, completions and escalation (where necessary)

Liaise with operational teams to ensure timely updating and completion of all tasks within assigned contractual SLA's

Ensure all contract bibles are up to date and provide clear guidance on contract specific processes required for contractual compliance.

Act as a main support function to all operational teams, providing contractual guidance were saught

Prepare reports and statistics on allocated contracts, highlighting areas of financial risk

Provide cover for other Operative's contracts during times of annual leave/absence

Undertake other ad hoc duties were required, · Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

· Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

· Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

· Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system

Candidate Description
