Job Description

Here within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract an opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager with excellent management skills to co-ordinate activities across the business for both AASC contracts in the North West and Midlands & East of England regions.

AASC functions cover all aspects of the property, from property sourcing through to on boarding and off boarding property. From all mandatory Licencing Requirements, payment of rents, management of Leases, payment of Council Tax and utilities, invoicing, dealing with Landlord queries and Landlord Housekeeping and all other generic functions.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will provide clear ownership for the leadership of a team of SD Co-ordinators in the North West region, responsible for the administration, scheduling and co-ordination of activities and processes across both regions.

What you need to do the job

You will take full responsibility for the performance of the contractual elements within their area of control. You will also need experience of managing and leading a multi-functional team in order to deliver a high-quality, compliant service, and provide support to the Senior Management Team along with leadership of the direct reports.

You will build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally across the AASC contract to ensure excellent service delivery standards, liaise closely with the property directorate to ensure accurate rent details are present for landlords/letting agents/investors.

Some travel will be required so a full UK Driving Licence is essential., Meaningful and Vital Work: Ensuring that the vital work we do is compliant across the contract to enable us to deliver an exceptional service for our vulnerable service users at all times

Candidate Description

  • Very strong experience of using and developing databases

  • Very strong Excel and ICT skills

  • Evidence of engaging staff and improving/driving team performance

  • Experience of leading and managing change

  • Lean Six Sigma Certified preferred but not essential

    Lastly, due to the nature of the role Security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check level and Criminal Record Bureau checks are required (all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office).
