Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Service Delivery Manager will support the National Operations Manager with Operational direction and support, ensuring that the delivery team are fully focused on a compliant and customer-focused operation.

The Service Delivery Manager is a critical function with a single point of accountability for the delivery of quality, customer services, service level and key performance targets.

  • You will have ownership of the key deliverables and oversee all Service Delivery elements for the Security Teams at our client location.

  • You will provide a central point of contact and act as the voice of the Customer with the responsibility for establishing and maintaining operational relationships with our client.

  • You will provide exceptional leadership to the multi-disciplined activities.

  • You will be required to adhere to all safety and security protocols and principles across the clients' site and ensure your teams do the same.

  • You must always behave in a way that keeps yourself and others safe and set the expectation of the same high standards from your teams.

  • You must be open to new learning and development experiences and take ownership of your own learning.

  • You must manage and develop others by acting as a coach, modelling effective behaviour and using feedback to improve skills.

  • You must seek and deliver appropriate learning and development opportunities for your teams and provide positive and constructive feedback on conduct and performance.

Candidate Description

  • Right to work in the UK, 5-year checkable history.

  • UK Passport and be willing to undergo and qualify for SC Clearance.

  • SIA License and previous experience in the Security sector.

  • Full UK Drivers License, free of endorsements.

  • Be an effective communicator (both written and verbal) and an experienced leader.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and manage conflict.

  • Good working knowledge of common computer packages and mobile devices - such as Microsoft Package.

  • Be willing to support and champion new initiatives, changes in working practices and inspire confidence across your teams to do the same.,

  • Teaching qualification - PTLLS or equivalent.

  • Qualification in Health & Safety. NEBOSH (General Certificate) is a minimum requirement - training can be provided.

  • ILM Level 5 Management or equivalent trained.
