The Music team is looking for a talented, experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Vendor Manager. Working closely with our digital partners in Amazon Music, you will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of strategic vendors to drive their selection, profitability, topline performance and growth. You will lead vendor negotiations with top Music vendors and optimise the end to end customer experience by partnering with Supply Chain, Marketing and Customer Service teams., · Lead relations with top Music labels at UK /EU level. · Partner with Amazon Music to develop joint relations with key Music labels to benefit all of our physical and digital Music customers. · Lead business planning and day-to-day trading, Terms negotiation, lifecycle management of selection, sourcing strategy and optimizing customer experience (discoverability, conversion, after-market/ post purchase). · Drive new ideas and being the point of contact between various stakeholders and teams, both in UK and across EU, managing project expectations

We are looking for someone who will be able to think creatively, identify business opportunities and be able to prioritise based on impact and have a high degree of flexibility and commitment. They will have strong communications skills, possessing the ability to influence others, and feel comfortable working with teams., · Significant proven commercial experience including negotiations · Results oriented, self-starting, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills · Demonstrate bias for action with strength in problem solving and ability to work in a fast paced work environment · Success in taking ownership and driving results · Proven ability to influence others in a business setting · Ability to think strategically and tactically, with great attention to detail. · Able to work in a diverse team

· MBA or other clear evidence of entrepreneurial strength, business awareness and financial management. · Commercial experience in a relevant product category would be beneficial, though not essential · Cross functional experience, especially across finance and supply chain.
