A strategic Leadership in our Customer Solutions Team, you'll be responsible for defining, directing, planning and managing the execution of programmes of work within the customer services division. You'll have ownership of the delivery of transformation programmes in driving profitable growth as well as taking out significant cost within the business unit.
The role requires you to have a high level of transformation change management experience, including challenging, inspiring and leading a team that should be recognised as an industry subject matter experts, ahead of the game in thinking and continually looking to drive innovation within the practice, you will be tasked with delivering a compelling proposition to the Company's existing and future clients. The role is predominantly based at home however you will be required to travel (as required). What you'll need to do the role: You will be an experienced, talented Senior Transformation Consultant with experience and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Customer Services/Contact Centre environment. A strategic thinker, you'll have capacity to understand complex business problems, market trends and technology challenges be able to provide insight and direction for the company and the consulting line of business. Commercially savvy, you'll have strong sales/business development focus. You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams Other key requirements include: + Proven business performance management and business resource planning experience + Demonstrated experience in translating client business requirements into workable solutions. + Transformation, Innovation, Business Change skills and experience required + Evidence of a consistent record of delivery of personally led projects with positive feedback + Proven capabilities in Transformation & Business Change methodologies + Expertise in the use of office automation tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project. + Advanced facilitation skills and presentation skills Fully flexible, you'll be able to work at pace in a complex environment with multiple competing priorities.
