The position is client facing and transaction based, predominantly encompassing the sourcing and acquisition of specialist real estate on behalf of corporate clients within the EMEA region, based out of London., Good communication and relationship building skills are essential as the role is likely to involve close liaison with the CBRE office network around the world with some opportunities to travel. The role is particularly suited to an individual who is looking to utilise and grow their transactional experience through working with a range of blue chip corporate organisations across multiple geographies. This role requires someone who understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion with important company information.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with self-initiative. The successful candidate will be commercially minded with an ability to work effectively as part of a team and alongside large corporate clients focused on closing high profile real estate transactions.,
Real estate based degree with 3-5 years post qualified experience
A track record in valuation of development land and/or development consultancy/appraisals is required in order to understand how value is derived.
You will have ideally worked as part of a team responsible for larger mandates as well as being able to manage your own instructions and workload.
General understanding of the residential landscape teamed with a desire to grow into the role of a residential land specialist will stand you in good stead.
