Company & Project: An established main contractor with a track record delivering New Build projects in the Residential, Mixed-Use, Commercial and Healthcare sectors are seeking to recruit and experienced and effective Senior Site Manager to complement their Construction Delivery team on a project in South West London.

Due to a strong period of successful contract awards, they require an exceptional construction professional to offer construction management on a project c£60m.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all site management functions for a number of internals packages on the project. Including health & safety, short term programming and progress monitoring for subcontractors, and delivering a quality build with low defects.

Desirable Experience:

• Previously held Senior Site Manager roles with Top 100 Main Contractors.

• Exceptional track record for delivering sites on time and to a high standard of finish.

• 10 years+ experience in Site Manager roles.

• Sector experience should include one of the following Residential, Mixed-Use, Healthcare or Commercial.

• Previous Roles: Construction Manager OR Site Manager OR Senior Site Manager.

Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering from a recognised institution at 2:1 or better.
