· Dive deep into data to understand how Accessory sales & profitability is driven by total Device sales and by your inputs on selection, pricing, and marketing. · Identify key selection, pricing and marketing opportunities, and work with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders to drive category growth. · Take a data-driven approach to understand key customer needs, and use your insights to (1) guide your sales strategy of existing product portfolio, (2) influence global product development teams to launch new accessories that will delight Amazon Device owners in Europe. · Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy of new accessories launching in your category.

Do you want to be part of the expanding Amazon Device organisation in Europe and help us accelerate growth of Echo, Fire TV, Fire Tablets and Kinde? Amazon Devices is looking for a customer-obsessed and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to help lead the growth of Amazon Device Accessories across Europe.

In this highly visible role, you will be the end-to-end P&L owner of a number of sub-categories within Device Accessories, and be responsible for delivering the sales & profitability goals of your categories. To drive your category growth, you will focus relentlessly on your inputs, and partner with a broad set of internal & external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. As the category owner, you will manage sales of both Amazon-branded accessories and work as a vendor manager to build and grow partnerships with world's leading accessory brands. This role is inherently cross-functional and highly visible, and you'll have high-level stakeholders to manage across Device and Accessory organizations in EU & US.

Our ideal candidate has a good mix of product management and consumer marketing experience, and has the willingness to manage a business category from "A to Z". You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into data analysis and implementation as needed (eg. Executing product launch activities, running deep-dives to understand drivers of sales/profitability trends…etc.). You will show hustle, take ownership, and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture., · Multiple years of relevant work experience in product management and/or marketing management and/or consulting · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes · Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action · Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence all levels of an organization. Strong written and oral English communication skills · Be comfortable to roll-up sleeves and get hands dirty to get things done
