Candidate Description

• Several years experience as mid / senior developer

• Understanding of SOLID principles and best practices

• Experience working in environments with sensitive information (financial / medical)

• Developer of readable, maintainable, scalable code

• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously depending on project

• Good communication skills (MS Teams for video calls + messages)

• High level of attention to detail

• Experience integrating JSON and / or XML based APIs.,

• Home furniture supplied (if required): Chair, Desk

• Dual monitor work station (Mac or Windows)

Employer Description

The hosting stack has recently been migrated to Amazon Web Services with a mixture of Docker and Serverless architecture. Technologies currently in-use include PHP, MySQL, React, React-Native and Vue JS.

A huge transformation project and redesign is in progress to provide a solid base for ongoing expansion, and you will have the opportunity to influence technological decisions to best suit requirements within a small (5-10 member) development team.
