Job Description

Alongside two direct reports you will also be accountable for outlining and developing Grocery Home Shopping and Store Space strategies. You'll weave this together with our partnerships strategy and outline our strategic goals for the next 3-5 years, ensuring we have the best customer journey in place.

Candidate Description

• Extensive leadership experience and demonstrable experience of leading teams through change

• Knowledge working with partners and managing third party relationships

• Previous experience in a Buying or other Commercial role

• Strategic mindset with the ability to see bigger picture without getting lost in detail

• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, influencing and challenging decision making

• Ability to understand multiple commercial strategic projects
