Job Description : Your role will be to support growth of UK E-Commerce business through development of Amazon, Marketplaces & other B2C & B2B online players

Pure Players (Amazon & Ocado)

-Become the key point of contact for (url removed) committed to deliver best service levels to this top customer at all levels of the organisation

-Develop a strong customer relationship with this customer and learn their process and understand their challenges

-Work closely with the EU team to ensure a consistent approach across countries

-Vendor Central Expert- know the back office process on prices, products, uploads. ARA, order intake, EDI implementation, agreements, chargeback management etc

-Involvement with the day to day detail of Amazon is essential, part of this would be to understand and resolve complex problems

-AVS Development-be the point of contact for Amazon AVS to ensure that the KPIs are developed in line with company expectations

-Set quarterly objectives and attend conference calls fortnightly, monthly and quarterly review meetings

-Responsibility for being the driving force ensuring that BIC secure maximum ROI from AVS

-Work on cross functional and/or cross country projects to maximize internal knowledge of the customer

-Work closely with BIC UK/E-Commerce teams, our agency and Amazon marketing team both from delivery and development to set up impactful local campaigns, media activation, ensuring that (url removed). has the right 360 sales and marketing plans focused on visibility (DSP) Search (AMS) and Promotion (Lightening/Best Deals)

  • Monitor & review competitor activity on Amazon to identify new opportunities for growth and areas of BIC's strategy to optimise

    Marketplaces

    -Build long term strategic plans to accelerate across all marketplaces

    -Work closely with our partner and internal teams to identify new opportunities for growth

    -Review and analyse performance to identify future opportunities

    -Create new innovative product solutions to drive growth

    -Work in collaboration with all key stakeholders to define the marketplace strategy and focus

    -Share best practice and support all teams to ensure they have the right tools to grow the UK marketplace business

    -Through your E-commerce expertise, support/coach/mentor local teams to build a winning online strategy

    -Utilize market and customer analytics (both macro and micro) to define how BIC move forward on E-Commerce

    Internal stakeholders

    -Support the UK, IRE, Nordic and DACH cluster with ecom techincal support and information

    -Support all KAMs to build stronger plans to drive Omni retailer sales within the UK

  • Liase with BIC UK demand planning teams to ensure forecast is accurately reflected and stock produced in line with AMZ forecast

  • Stakeholder Management - be champion of Amazon business within the BIC UK, total cluster & the wider EU team, providing regular updates of performance and highlighting best practice

  • General administration: Management of promotion, customer spend via JDE / contracts, internal sales projecting

  • Help to educate the broader team on successful e-commerce strategies
