Job Description

This senior director position for the CBRE Business Analytics team acts as the sales lead and team leader for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The Business Analytics team is a group of experienced data professionals, analysts, data scientists, and developers executing real estate business intelligence projects for CBRE's clients. Projects are focused on data integration and automation, warehousing, and visualization to optimize client portfolio operations across all service lines: facilities management, project management, finance, portfolio administration, benchmarking, and capital planning, etc. The senior director position will lead regional Vantage Analytics solution activity from RFP to award in collaboration with CBRE's Sales and Client Solutions teams. S/he will lead the achievement of strategic goals and deliverables for the CBRE's Occupier segment with a focus on the sale and deployment of integrated solutions designed to create superior measurable outcomes for CBRE occupier clients. The role will be responsible for building alignment across a range of stakeholders both within and beyond the GWS segment (e.g., Advisory & Transactions). In collaboration with CBRE Business Analytics leadership based out of the US, the senior director will have oversight of EMEA team, with responsibility to grow a regional P&L with financial targets. Role Summary:

  • Together with leadership, establish performance objectives and deliverables related to the achievement of line of business' goals, financial targets, client satisfaction, and other specific objectives

  • Lead client presentations (both in-person and virtually) as part of sales pursuits and occasionally as part of service delivery

  • Achieve sales targets in collaboration with CBRE's Sales and Client Solutions teams

  • Support the management and achievement of financial, operational, and other key performance indicators for client engagements, internal projects, or overall team goals

  • Engage in a consultative capacity with clients and account teams to refine, adapt, and deploy solutions in support of transformational long-term relationship contracting models

  • Engage with key stakeholders and segment leadership to participate in the ongoing visioning and definition of industry-leading strategies and solutions

  • Collaborate with Digital &Technology partners and other key business stakeholders to develop and support all business activities required to operationalize solutions

  • Understand and articulate in a simple fashion business intelligence solution architecture

  • Understand real estate technology and popular solutions in the marketplace

  • Ensure a high level of employee engagement; Direct individual and team growth

  • Problem solving - technical issues and client questions; Escalate issues to senior management and dedicated technical team as needed

  • Miscellaneous support for marketing materials, presentations, budgeting, and resource planning

Candidate Description

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations; Requires high degree of analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment; Draws upon the analysis and research of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company and the company's largest, most strategic occupier clients
