As the Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of change, while providing expert analysis and advice. Working as part of our Workforce Management Team, you will help implement new ways of working and support technology projects across our contracts ensuring that optimum benefits are delivered and help build and increase the maturity of change management across the Workforce Management team. Candidate Description

Firstly, you'll need experience of managing complex business change in back office and front-line operations with a range of change management methodologies. Knowledge of mobilisations, transitions and transformation is essential. You'll possess a broad range of MS Office Skills including Project, Visio and particularly Excel. You'll be well versed in developing, enhancing and embedding change management approaches, methodologies, assurance & governance and tools to achieve best practice for the environment (ideally in a service environment). Lastly, were a multi-site organisation so you will need to be mobile for regional travel.
