You will specifically focus on the 1P and 3P licensed channel, moving fast to work with Selling Partners to build a broad portfolio of fashion product to cater to all customer needs identified on the site. The role will partner closely with the global programme team in US and other teams across all Private Brand families in Europe and Japan. They will also work closely with marketing, traffic, design, operations and finance teams to help grow the Fashion Private Brands licensed business in Europe., · Understand market trends and build business cases for new product opportunities. · Be a smart, hard-working and creative person who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done." · Be comfortable collaborating and influencing team members including retail, sourcing, legal, patent, social responsibility and product compliance. · Be responsible for building and executing on new initiatives each year. · Partner with country teams to launch products globally. · Have the technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
In this role, you will be in charge of: · Managing a growing business, identify and pull critical levers to improve topline and bottomline performance. · Managing the programme P&L and ensuring financial delivery against all goals. · Rapidly identifying new opportunities to grow and scale quickly. · Inventing programmatic solutions to help scale the Licensed Brand business. · Simplifying, offshoring and automating processes to facilitate expansion of the programme in Europe. · Designing and implementing new processes to help scale the business. · Partnering closely with cross functional teams including, legal, tax, compliance, social responsibility and finance to deliver on brand equity and customer satisfaction for your brands.

You will also know how to pivot back and forth between thinking creatively outside the box and driving fast implementation to deliver results. This role will be located in London/Munich., For this position, we expect: · Bachelor's Degree. · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Experience working in international markets and managing global stakeholders. · Ability to work to tight and pressured deadlines and handle unexpected events calmly. · Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment. · Passion for fashion., · Prior experience in the apparel industry. · Master of Business Administration. · Proficiency in SQL. · Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
