The Amazon Marketing team is looking for someone to contribute to our Shopping App marketing activities, with a specific focus on generating increased engagement levels and higher app penetration rates. You will be responsible for building systems to track and measure marketing performance and overall planning, forecasting and optimization across the entire marketing budget to profitably acquire and engage Shopping App users. You will also dedicate efforts to evolve our investment guidelines and valuation model for Mobile WW., · Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile marketing initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of the Shopping App with a multi-million euro yearly budget. · Work closely with our BI and development teams to build a world-class performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation and optimization. · Lead efforts to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness. · Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies and drive scalable results · Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives and programs that scale customer acquisition. · Partner with business development teams to advice on their business plans and financials. · Be a "do-er" as well as a leader - be a data and analytics expert that your team can turn to for assistance. Be able to produce individual analytics and guide individual contributors across the team as well., You thrive in the science of marketing and will need to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment. You will think and act both strategically and tactically: from strategic planning to detailed execution. You will quickly form data-driven plans and execute across many teams simultaneously. We are looking for a customer-obsessed and business-minded marketer with a penchant for invention, operational excellence and delivering results. This position can be based anywhere in EU5 (Madrid, Paris, London, Munich or Milan).

Candidate Description

We are looking for a customer-obsessed and business-minded marketer with a penchant for invention, operational excellence and delivering results. This position can be based anywhere in EU5 (Madrid, Paris, London, Munich or Milan)., · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field · 5+ years of professional experience in a marketing analytics or statistical analyst role · Experience writing and optimizing SQL to handle extremely large datasets · Experience with one or more major data visualization tools including: Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI etc

· Advanced technical or business degree (MS or MBA) · Outstanding ability to utilize data and insight to "story-tell" in a compelling manner to drive strategy · Demonstrated ability to articulate a vision and deliver against a timeline and blueprint for analytics. · Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, ability to influence others and exceptional organizational skills · Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment · Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills · Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical customers and team members and translate business questions into analytical requirements with ease
