Job Description

Role Purpose: To provide financial appraisal and technical support to CBRE's market leading Fund Valuation team specialising in Long Income Investments and Renewables.

Candidate Description

Fund Valuation Real Assets is a market leading valuation team within CBRE. We focus on Core Markets, Long Income and Renewables. We are searching for someone with a strong analytical mind to help us innovate and develop our growing team. Person Specification/Requirements

  • Responsible for interpreting financial data and updating reports.

  • Manage complex cash flow models with strong VBA skills.

  • Operate innovative ESG models.

  • Challenge the team's current processes and systems to drive efficiencies. Skills & abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent cash flow modelling skills.

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding.

  • Interest in macro and fixed income markets.

  • Interest in Renewables and ESG.

  • Experience with Tableau is desirable. Qualifications & experience

  • Commercially minded - no direct investment experience required but strong understanding of key property value drivers

  • Excellent numerical skills with the ability to build cashflow models from scratch Character & personal qualities

  • Sociable and engaging

  • Highly motivated and someone who takes the initiative

  • Willing to learn quickly
