The Senior Analyst will work closely with HSBC's WPB and CS Teams to integrate and align business strategy with data driven portfolio analytics in order to optimise the Bank's physical distribution channels including retail, office and contact centres. Key Responsibilities
Support the development of 5 year forward looking execution plans working with HSBC's WPB and CS market teams
Develop agreed process for the development, review and update of Network plans
Support development of leasing/ownership strategy to drive more effective rental negotiations
Support delivery of branch ranking methodology and integrating into supporting tools and MI
Drive data driven insights - utilise and develop HSBC's CS supporting tools
Embed use of MI dashboards and support future roadmap of data inclusions
Support and drive the use of supporting tools and effective network planning across HSBC's CS market teams
Lead the collation and sharing of best practice and research articles across HSBC's WPB and CS strategy teams
Support Annual Operating Plan market engagement
Drive the review and analysis of Annual Operating Plan outputs
Actively support and work closely with HSBC's WPB PMO team to help run monthly retail strategy calls and drive data accuracy
Actively identify further pipeline network optimisation opportunities
Associate Director level or equivalent
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) holder from four-year college or university.
Proven track record working for CRE internal teams and leading complex retail programmes
Skills and expertise in financial analysis and planning for property
An ability to grasp, understand and independently handle new and existing projects and ideas
Able to communicate and influence a cross section of senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently and deliver excellent quality work with minimal direction
Eager to take on new challenges and be able to adapt quickly and effectively to diverse tasks
High level of competence across all Microsoft and other Analytical applications
Excellent analytical, report writing and commercial and presentation skills
Fluent English (written & spoken) with well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong planning, time management & organizational skills
Ability to work with remote co-workers, and adapt to different cultural working styles
Minimum of 5 years of business consulting and real estate experience is required.
Exceptional customer relationship management skill
