Security Officer NorthLink Ferries, Aberdeen, AB11 5NP Casual (shift work)

NorthLink Ferries sail daily from Aberdeen to Lerwick with frequent calls at Kirkwall, and from Scrabster on the north coast of Scotland to Stromness in Orkney. Our ferries operate 363 days per year providing the lifeline service to the Northern Isles, with islanders, visitors, goods and supplies all travelling by NorthLink Ferries. The Security Officer is responsible for being an excellent first point of contact with customers at the port. The NorthLink Ferries experience should reflect the business' core values of quality, service, and responsibility while at the same time, maintaining a professional, observant, and responsive security presence at all times. This is a role that comes with its challenges however, you will be part of a friendly team who love what they do.

Candidate Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who has proven security experience and training. It is essential that the successful post holder has well-developed communication skills. You must have the ability to deliver first class customer service.
