Heavily guarding the property, premises, customers, clients and colleagues of our client.
Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors.
Ensuring premises are safeguarding via regular foot patrols.
Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV - carrying out routine checks and testing of equipment if required.
Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed.
Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices.
Remain 100% alert and vigilant at all times to detect and deter any suspicious or threatening behaviour.
Retain full control of any threatening behaviour until the arrival of the police or any other external agency.
Provide traffic control and apply parking restrictions as required.
Monitoring loss and waste - reporting of any incidences.
Undertake any other duties as requested by Branch Management.
Requirements of Security Officer:
The right to work in the UK
A 5-year checkable history
Excellent customer service, people skills, organisational skills and time management
Ability to stay alert at all times during shifts
Smart and presentable in appearance
