Job Description

Securitas is recruiting for a Screening Administrator for our growing team, the role will be working in a Hybrid working model, a requirement to work in the office in Milton Keynes for teamwork and collaboration and working from home for focussed work, although if the individual prefers they can work in the office full time.

As a Screening Administrator, your role will be a key part of our recruitment screening team.

What will my role as a Screening Administrator consist of?

  • Providing screening and admin support to your Recruiter.

  • Working with your Recruiter and Hiring Managers to ensure candidates are screened in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Working alongside your buddy to ensure as a pair, you review sign eachothers files off in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Supporting candidates through the screening process, advising them on the outstanding documentation required from them and how to obtain it if they are unsure.

  • Ensuring you attend all training sessions until you are fully confident in the processes.

  • Supporting the wider recruitment screening team in manning the screening inbox, filtering out the emails to the relevant person.

  • Data Entry for screening trackers.

  • Data gathering for monthly/weekly reports.

  • Carrying out RTW ID Check calls with candidates if required.

  • Working alongside your team to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met (Recruiter, Recruitment Admin and Screeners)

  • Additional reasonable duties which fall within the remit of this role

Candidate Description

What we need from you as our Screening Administrator:

  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer-focused

  • Experience of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel

  • Previous administration experience within a busy administrative/coordination post
