  • Support Salesforce Industry and CRM design & implementations

  • Act as the interface between business and technology stakeholders to facilitate the understanding between them and ensure technical solutions match business expectations

Candidate Description

Strategy and Transformation lead and deliver exciting programmes and projects that span the Vodafone Group business. We are now seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support the delivery of one of our most strategic transformation programmes, utilising their experience of supporting Salesforce Industries implementations.

You will support a variety of business-led, diverse, and complex Digital Transformation projects delivered through Scaled Agile methods. These projects will require programme design, planning, quality control, risk management, deployment management, communication, benefit and cost management.

The role will require someone with Agile experience that can assist in our continued move to Agile ways of working across the organisation. You will also have proven experience in the delivery of Salesforce transformation projects on time, on budget and to specification where your understanding and contribution to the delivery of benefits and business outcomes is clear.,

  • Someone with Business Analyst/Consulting experience in salesforce CRM (ideally salescloud + salesfore Industries/vLocity) implementations

  • Experience of Business Process Design, Product Modelling

  • Manage and work across matrixed programme team

  • Significant delivery experience with a strong customer focus

  • Passionate about driving customer experience and business results

  • Collaborative team player able to work in a matrix, across multiple functions and global locations

  • Stakeholder management, excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Ability to work autonomously without supervision

  • Experience of Agile working is desirable
