As our Channel Development Manager, you will lead Channel Development and Business Development activities within Vodafone Global Enterprise. You will also support the VGE director by providing technical analysis based on a range of sources of data and be able to make trusted recommendations. You'll be a technical expert in the fields of data science, finance and have a good commercial awareness. You will be confident communicator with the ability to influence senior leaders to director level and formulate strategic sales plans for that audience.What will you be doing?* Setting targets for and monitoring the VGE operational plan, key programmes and KPIs ensuring clear performance visibility and performance evaluation. Ensure any risks or opportunities are communicated with remedial action/recommendations called out
- Undertaking Quarterly reviews of sales efficiency & effectiveness metrics to provide structural recommendations to Business development lead and wider regional sales teams to ensure it delivers the highest return for Vodafone
- Supporting target setting process and negotiations with Regional Directors, Business development and lines of business to ensure targets are interlocked across the globe (Using data and insight to back up decisions).
- Ensuring effective management of the 5+7 and 9+15 account change process, recommending approvals to the VGE
