Job Description

Vodafone UK Business are revolutionising how customers use technology and connectivity, ensuring they are ready for today and the digital innovation of tomorrow.

The purpose of the role is to enable Account Management teams to Retain and Grow customer revenues through co-ordination of Renewal, Account Planning, Governance, Reporting and Account Portfolio Management activities. The role includes responsibility for all service revenues including Mobile, Fixed, UC, Hosting and IoT.

What will you be doing?

  • Co-ordinate the Renewals and Account Planning process for the Desk

  • Provide expertise, guidance and knowledge to support Governance throughout the Sales cycle

  • Manage and maintain Desk Account Portfolios and support associated revenue reporting

  • Lead on the resolution on any one-off revenue impacting events

  • Accountability for driving increased customer retention, improved customer value at point of renewal, reduced churn and minimal erosion

  • Input into Sales and Governance process improvements

  • Problem resolution based on analysis of factual information, selecting solutions based on technical experience

Candidate Description

  • In depth understanding of Sales processes (including Renewal, Account Development Planning and Forecasting), objectives, procedures, systems and Governance

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills combine with pragmatic problem solving skills

  • Typically requires a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience

  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence

  • Financial and Commercial Governance processes including EDRA, Erosion and Debt management

  • Sales and reporting systems including 1SF, Callidus, CPQ and EPA

  • Base segmentation and Account Portfolio management
