Job Description

Retail Administrator
Job Introduction
To support the department by controlling the day to day data stock transfers between units. Ensuring all documents required by finance are dealt with in a timely manner, meeting deadlines. Carrying out the organisation of filling, scanning and printing assisting in areas of compliance being met.

Support the day to day operations of Costa Retail Units, including rota’s, stock control and any other related admin.

Role Responsibility
Communicating with external suppliers regarding discrepancies with deliveries

Meeting deadlines at month end.

Ensuring all documentation prepared for use is fit for purpose

Supporting Retail Managers and Supervisors with day to operations of units.

Data entry/transfers

Printing/ scanning/ filling

Preparing documentation for the department

Organising documentation to meet financial deadlines

The Ideal Candidate
Good working knowledge of excel, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, can work using own initiative
