To provide security service in line with the assignment instructions and customer requirements in order to protect the customer's employees, property, members of the public, and other assists. To deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas's core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and being Helpful as well as the gallery's shared values,
Ensure you are aware of the galleries shared values and ensure they are implemented
Ensure you provide a welcoming presence for all staff, guests and visitors entering the gallery
Ensure you report for duty on time and are in the right position ready for the gallery opening
Take responsibility for problems/issues that staff and visitors may have
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Prevent and deter unauthorized access to the site
To provide a first-line response to incidents within the boundary of the galleries property line Ensure the entrances to the gallery are correctly set up ready for opening to the gallery each day and that all relevant equipment is correctly in place
Have the ability to carry out emergency procedures within the gallery including dynamic lockdowns
Conduct external and internal security patrols, ensuring they are carried out effectively and safely
Carry out routine tests of security equipment where appropriate Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
To implement and adhere to any security requirement if a threat level is altered
To respond to first aid incidents as and when required
Report instances of property at risk of being lost/stolen, damaged, or vandalised e Operate security equipment assigned to you correctly
Conduct security searches when requested such as bag searching or screening of visitors and operating security search equipment
Carry out initial investigations and report both verbally and in writing on incidents, suspicious activities, objects and vehicles
Respond to panic alarm activations within the gallery
Respond to calls for assistance when requested to do so
Assist in salvage duties when requested to do so
Conduct fire marshal duties
To closely liaise with the Ops Support Supervisor / Security Team Leader / Duty Manager regarding operational matters cascading to team members where required
To ensure required your personal uniform standards are maintained and correct working equipment such as radios are issued and returned in full working order
To complete accurate Incident/accident reports when required and maintain accurate records of events
To be conversant with Gallery's policy and procedures
To participate in training and ensure attendance to all relevant training modules as required
Undertake any other tasks as identified by the Ops Support Supervisor / Security Team Leader / Duty Managers and Head of Operations being for the good and benefit of the service to the customer, and deemed to be appropriate or necessary to the post.

Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Must be over 18.
Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
No current criminal convictions.

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Be punctual and reliable.
Be willing and able to work shifts covering days, nights, and weekends.
