Job Description

What will you be doing?

As a Resourcing Partner within the Vodafone UK Resourcing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with your business area in order to both anticipate and respond to their resourcing needs, fulfilling incoming demand in innovative and creative ways whilst acting as a positive ambassador of the Vodafone employer brand. You will also be responsible for proactively defining the talent attraction approach for your area, in alignment with the broader functional attraction strategy, and proactively generating talent pipelines based on future needs.

  • Ensuring effective resourcing delivery aligned to business hiring requirements, core resourcing KPIs and FY forecast. Delivering relevant, diverse candidates to the business in a timely manner.

  • Accountable for end to end delivery of permanent external resourcing requirements (excluding E Band Hiring), as well as internal resourcing for F-band hires.

  • Build/manage strong relationships with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Centres of Expertise and our outsourced partners.

Candidate Description

  • Proven 360 cycle recruitment experience with demonstrable experience of hiring for technology/digital roles.

  • Evidence of success in using direct recruitment methods, with strong social media sourcing expertise

  • Prior experience of working in a resourcing team within large corporate /matrix organisations

  • Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach

  • Strong operational focus, combined with commercial and business acumen.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results
