Job Description

Resourcing and planning is absolutely essential to the workings of departments within William Hill and we are now in a position to offer an exciting role as a Resource Analyst. Working within a digitally agile Product & Technology function looking to deliver the newest tech in the gambling industry - you'll be a key member of our Business Performance Function supporting the Product & Tech Division's Resourcing Team.

Your role within the team

  • You will help to build a clear picture of our people, their teams and their assignments. You'll be a crucial part of our team ensuring our data is accurate

  • The role covers a range of data maintenance and reporting activities

  • You will produce clear, accurate reports for a range of audiences

  • As you'd expect with a company of our size, there'll be a fair volume of data to digest Things change from day to day, the ability to prioritise your workload and being able to work accurately at pace is key, never letting standards slip

  • You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders across Finance, HR and Delivery functions

  • You'll need to build effective working relationships to understand the current view of the world and our stakeholder reporting needs

  • You will be self-motivated, curious, and proactive to deliver the day-to-day operations

  • There'll be times when you'll have to deal with ambiguity, you will need to use your initiative and ask the right questions to establish the facts and make the right decisions

  • We will need you to be a big voice in a small team, where we all contribute to the longer-term goals and continuous improvement

  • You will have the support and encouragement needed to develop and progress your career - without limits

Candidate Description

  • Strong attention to detail, planning and organisation skills are a must

  • Advanced Excel skills are a must

  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and proactively with a "getting things done attitude", often with limited or ambiguous data from a variety of sources

  • Ability to problem solve and look at ways to improve processes and really run with it

  • PowerBI experience would be advantageous
