Continuous expansion to existing as well as new projects being awarded means we are looking for professional Resident Liaison Officers to join us to ensure we provide an efficient and effective maintenance service which delivers high levels of customer satisfaction.


We have a range of interesting contracts in areas such as Camden, Notting Hill and Stoke Newington, working with businesses and local authorities, which provides a variety of roles across London to give you the opportunity to develop and progress your career when the time is right.


As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will liaise with tenants and the construction team regarding construction works and tenant needs; obtaining access to the property when required and ensuring a safe and secure environment.


We are looking for you to already have the relevant experience to fulfil the above role requirements gained from working in a similar role and environment, which will include excellent communication and negation skills along with being competent in effective complaints resolution.
