Reporting to the Data Analytics & Performance Lead you will be responsible for ensuring that the programme's digital controls are continuously developed, populated and maintained to facilitate efficient data driven programme management.,

  • Development of the Programme dashboards to enhance the project performance.

  • Ensure that all project performance information is uploaded to the online Programme Dashboards

  • Ensure the quality of the project information dashboards are suitable for the purpose of analysing project performance

  • Assist with the development of the data warehouse to enable information to be onboarded and used to improve project efficiency

  • Assist with ensuring the performance measurements are reported monthly.

  • Assist with the development and review of the performance improvement plans.

Candidate Description

  • Performance reporting experience preferential.

  • Previous experience of a project/construction environment.

  • Experience with performance and improvement environment would be useful

  • Must have experience and be conversant with Microsoft Office 365 tools

  • Must have experience with PowerBI, preferably expert user

  • Must have experience with Sharepoint, preferably expert user

  • Must be a good communicator to interact with people at all levels within the wider team.

  • The programme and project systems are heavily reliant on IT, and therefore a good understanding of IT, Systems and Communications is required.
