Job Description

  • This role will cover Monday-Friday.

  • Overtime readlly available

  • Shifts- 7:45 AM- 4:30 PM

  • Full Driving Licence is essential

  • Vehicle will be provided for on site driving.

  • SIA licence is preferred, training will be provided if required.

    How will you make an impact as a Post room operative / Dispatch Coordinator:

  • Process and record all dispatches daily, including packing and arranging courier services

  • Process and record all deliveries via an electronic database

  • Ensure accuracy with dispatches ensuring all relevant documentation is completed to keep an audit trail

  • Provide the first point of contact for all client and internal staff as appropriate.

  • Make and receive telephone calls for and on behalf of the Account Managers and Customs with the highest attention to customer service - answering incoming calls quickly is a priority.

  • Entering and maintaining all information relating to the dispatch onto Microsoft Excel accurately and fully.

  • Occasional out of hours cover to receive calls relative to dispatches and customs queries

Candidate Description

What you will bring to be a Relief

  • Right to work in the UK and have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment

  • No current criminal convictions.

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Be PC literate and confident using Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.

  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Be punctual and reliable.
