The purpose of a GSOC Operations Analyst is to populate the monitoring and response work stations that conduct the key functions of alarm monitoring and crisis response within the Global Securty Operations Centre.

12 hour shifts - Days, Nights and weekends - zero hour contract - Casual relief

Coverering holidays and sickness

  • The GSOC is the coordination focal point for security operations monitoring and crisis response across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Japan, Asia and Pacific (JPAC) regions. The GSOC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, staffed by 4 teams of OAs and management.

  • As a Operationd Analyst you will be the initial point of contact for enquires and communications with national and international clients by monitoring and responding to alarm activations across many different countries.

  • Where necessary you will be providing advice to callers and reporting incidents using the designated reporting procedures and protocols set out by us and our clients.

  • You will also be maintaining appropriate and timely coordination between client sites, personnel, and the appropriate Global Physical Security (GPS) and other Lines of Business management on a daily basis.

Candidate Description

  • Remain calm and professional under stress.

  • Ability to provide clear and concise advice during challenging and emergency situations.

  • Have an understanding of or have the ability to learn the main tenets of safety and security operations and procedures.,

  • Already SIA certified and CCTV trained.

  • Previous GSOC or similar experience.

  • Previous CCTV operator experience.

  • Previous crisis management experience.

  • Previous experience with alarm monitoring systems, radio and phone usage.
