  • Leadership of commercial function through all preconstruction, procurement, commercial delivery and post contract activities.

  • Facilitate regular two way discussions with commercial, operational teams and or development teams and update all on current strategic issues.

  • Ensure decisions taken are clearly communicated and that relevant individuals have clear guidance to enable successful outcomes.

  • Regularly meet clients, consultants and or external influences to enable understanding of medium / long term trends, dynamics, opportunities and threats.

  • Identify significant opportunities for change to add value across the business and effectively manage the change process.

    We are looking for you to have significant experience in Commercial Leadership and a proven track record in strategic management of commercial activities, along with the ability to embrace change and enable performance improvement.

    To be successful in the role you will be a dynamic strategic leader driving the growth of the Business in the region.
