As a Recruitment Business Partner/Specialist your main responsibilities would be to: + Review strategic workforce plan and recruitment requirements for 2022. + Collaborate with senior leaders, project teams and the people team to assess recruitment requirements and provide a clear business plan, inclusive of recommendations regarding timeline of activity, source of recruitment (agency or direct) and routes to market. + Design, plan and drive various recruitment campaigns for both high volume and specialist recruitment (which will include IT). + Manage relationships and hold to account, agencies and other outsourced service providers to ensure recruitment delivery, in-line with project deadlines. + Evaluate and complete a recruitment process analysis, identifying and recommending best practice with regards to process, onboarding, recruitment, attraction, selection and retention. + Assess recruitment routes to market, undertake specialist attraction campaigns and marketing for hard to fill vacancies. To include job boards, digital recruitment campaigns, (such as social media), RPO/ MSP options, contingency labour etc… + Provide positive onboarding solutions and processes. + Contribute towards Employee Value Propositions and help build the strategy. + Enable best practice recruitment, advice and guidance.
- Project management recruitment + Experience managing either high-volume recruitment or specialist recruitment + Experience working into strategy + Experience formulating business plans, providing general recruitment advice and support + Ability to be a self-starter with personable and engaging skills It would also be great if you had; + CIPD Qualification
