Recruitment Researcher Executive Search

Job Description

• Plan and execute multiple research activities for mapping, pipeline and search assignments, including initial intake sessions, online research, candidate engagement, selection protocol and reporting

• Be a brand ambassador and confidently engage with prospective and often passive talent in telephone research calls, ensuring every individual has a positive experience with Asda regardless of outcome

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver the best talent outcome for the business

• Seek out sourcing best practice and leverage our tools, technology, external search partners and suppliers to deliver enviable results

Candidate Description

• Previous research and sourcing experience at a talent insights firm, executive search firm, or in-house talent acquisition team, specialising in senior hires & c-level appointments

• Retail, Consumer or Professional Services recruitment or exec search background

• Experience of working with senior stakeholders on demanding briefs
