First point of contact for all recruitment queries (Managers and candidates)
Work closely with Internal Recruiters ensuring all admin tasks are completed in a timely manner with excellent attention to detail.
Advertising new roles on the careers websites, social media and other external providers
Review all CV applications and provide a shortlist to Line Managers
Liaise with company managers to check diary availability and coordinate interviews
Gather feedback from managers on which candidates to progress through to the next stage of the interview process.
Provide offer details to successful candidates and help them with the onboarding process.
Support the management of the Recruitment Enquiries Email Inbox
Supporting the Recruitment Team in the delivery of recruitment objectives and Policy's
Data Entry for updating Recruitment trackers
Data gathering for monthly/weekly reports
Additional reasonable duties which fall within the remit of this role

Post holder can be based anywhere in the UK from home - with occasional travel to Milton Keynes required.
This is a bank role and working flexibly you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence., What you will bring to be a Recruitment Administrator:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
Intermediate / Advanced knowledge level in the use of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
Previous administration experience within a busy administrative/coordination post
