Job Description

  • Ensure all bookings are processed through the correct procedures and systems available

  • Ensure all administration relating to arriving clients is carried out accurately and in a timely manner

  • Ensure building policies regarding granting access are always followed

  • Answer switchboard calls as per company guidelines

  • Report any building faults or other problems via the premise's helpdesk in a timely manner

  • Ensure effective communication with the client and throughout all departments to ensure all booking requirements are met.

  • Ensure documentation and administration procedures are carried out accurately and are always available to the manager

  • Ensure that all rooms are laid out in accordance with the user's requirements

  • Monitor all items of videoconference and audio-visual equipment to ensure a good state of repair

  • Provide first line AV support for clients who request assistance

  • Undertake regular checks to ensure that all meeting / dining rooms are clean and presented to the Company's standards and the Client's satisfaction

  • Always adhere to the company security procedures and maintain client confidentiality

  • Carry out any reasonable request made by the management, outside normal duties, but within the scope of the job

Candidate Description

  • Previous experience within a quality focussed corporate reception or corporate hospitality departments

  • High level of IT skills with experience of Microsoft computer packages and room booking systems

  • Professional attitude, appearance, and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

  • Experience in providing assistance with audio visual equipment and meeting room support

  • Experience in high level corporate hospitality and fine dining departments (desirable)

  • Knowledge of Company admin procedures and policies (desirable)
