Quality and Performance Officer- Thames Valley
Salary: (Band 4)- £29,038- £36,084

As a Quality and Performance officer, you will be working as part of a team to successfully drive and improve quality and performance across MTC, including the effective delivery of assurance activity and implementation of learning.
Co-ordinate and undertake business wide audit activity, make recommendations arising from audits, and plan for improvement and implementation. This includes audit activity for Community Payback, interventions and case management, along with other bespoke assurance activities
Responsible for communication of quality and performance findings into the relevant business areas and pro-actively engaging and liaising with staff to improve quality and performance
Delivery of quality benchmarking Workshops, and ongoing development of those workshops to ensure that the business are working in line with practice expectations
Support with investigating and analysing quality and performance information for the business, identifying areas of good practice, areas of development and learning points
In conjunction with the Quality and Performance Manager, ensure that the Quality Practice Standards are updated, in line with practice expectations, and communicated to the business
Support the Quality and Performance Manager to ensure that Probation Instructions are disseminated effectively throughout the business and to Tier 2 Providers
We are looking for a Quality and Performance officer in Thames Valley who ideally with operational knowledge and experience in a probation environment; someone with a passion for quality improvement and the ability to develop clear guidance, effectively communicate quality expectations and co-ordinate assurance activities.
