The Consumer Mobile Propositions team is focused on growing Vodafone's share within this valuable market with innovative, challenger-oriented propositions. These propositions bring together the best of Vodafone's mobile business and we are looking for a dynamic thinker who is motivated to deliver best in class customer engagement.
Your remit will include insurance and device support services - which in essence form our Device Care Propositions. Core devices in focus for this role include handsets, wearables and tablets.
In this role you will be responsible for planning and maintaining the Consumer Insurance proposition and ensuring optimum performance. This will involve understanding the market to ensure competitive positioning, continuously seeking to enhance our offering and finding ways to increase attachments rates whilst maintaining a happy customer base.
In order to take Vodafone device care from core insurance to an added value concept, you'll be empowered to be innovative and disruptive, rethinking the way Vodafone positions device care to the customer, and in doing so, grow revenue.
You will live and breathe the customer experience, defining and measuring relevant performance targets (operational and commercial) to ensure strong customer engagement with commercial viability. You would be expected to develop ideas to help drive digital transformation - something that sits at the heart of the team.
Good understanding of the FCA regulatory environment surrounding insurance
Strong experience working on FCA regulated propositions.
Experience from another Telco / Media environment or other subscriber market.
Track record of insight-led proposition development, putting the customer at the heart.
Ability to build strong professional relationships in order to lead virtual teams and get things done.
Proven ability to drive change through a complex business and deal with multiple demanding stakeholders.
