Job Description

  • Deliver an effective and efficient FM service across a number of Lloyds Bank Group Community Bank branches, in line with contractual scope and specifications

  • Deliver exceptional service and engagement activity through full end to end FM ownership of each branch

  • Ensure robust operational delivery of all FM services and functions across all designated Community Bank branches

  • Work in partnership with internal Mitie stakeholders, to ensure service line delivery meets customer and commercial requirements

  • Proactively manage Client relationships across the Community Bank branches, monitoring oNPS and driving increased customer engagement through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

  • Monitor, assess and report on agreed KPIs, ensuring performance meets and exceeds required commercial deliverable's

  • Embed a culture of Health & Safety best practice through the implementation and delivery of the QHSE strategy

    Main duties

  • Managing projects

  • Managing contracts / overseeing successful delivery of small projects

  • PSMs manage the service lines for FM

  • Supplier Management - ensure service is being delivered - internal / external

  • Make recommendations to deliver an enhanced operation / additional services / efficiencies Across Community Banks

  • Senior escalation point for resolution of Client issues

  • Management of Mitie internal service line delivery teams

  • Oversee a programme of planned property inspections across the Community Bank estate,

  • Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

    Information Security

  • Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;

  • Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;

  • Report actual and suspected security incidents

Candidate Description

  • Experience of delivering Facilities Management services across a geographically diverse retail environment

  • Good working knowledge of building fabric and building services installations

  • Proven stakeholder management capability with experience of managing relationships with Client stakeholder

  • Experience of supplier management

  • Membership of a relevant professional body, e.g. IWFM

  • IOSHH qualification

  • Excellent partnering / consultancy skills and collaborative working

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong influencing skills and personal resilience
