Job Description

Role Purpose: A highly organised individual with a good understanding of EPC assessments to ensure the successful delivery of commercially focused advice. This includes services provided as a key part of the Environmental Consultancy group's provision of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) portfolio advice and management services to investor clients. The role will require a motivated, dynamic and well organised individual who is able to co-ordinate multiple tasks, often under significant time pressures and working with minimal supervision. In doing so effectively, the Project Administrator will allow fee earning staff, and particularly the EPC Delivery Manager, to focus time and efforts on strategic management and service delivery for a range of clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Updating information held on data trackers relating to EPCs produced for portfolio contracts, ensuring information is correct, including that relating to the assessment and property.

  • Maintaining electronic files of EPC in accordance with client and project requirements.

  • File maintenance. Creating new files when required and upon instruction from Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Team.

  • Using the national EPC database to identify missing EPC and cross-reference database when approvals to complete new EPC are received.

  • Help maintain database of invoicing and approvals, including reconciliation against tasks and issue to client team.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks to locate and collage EPCs required by a particular client (e.g. to support a sale).

  • Maintain tracker of EPCs for acquisitions on-boarded as part of clients' ESG strategies.

  • Ad-hoc requests to locate EPCs for Acquisitions.

Candidate Description

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to consistently deliver to a high standard and to tight deadlines within a demanding, client focused environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage large amounts of information and data for up to 1000 properties.

  • The ability to manage and prioritise expectations and deliverables for a range of high calibre clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications.
