The US Global Sales team vision is to help US Sellers expand their business worldwide with a one-stop shop, and our mission is to close the global selection gap through marketing initiatives. We drive seller growth by motivating sellers to research, join, and then succeed in expanding to additional marketplaces; in particular focusing on driving existing .com sellers to expand into Europe, Japan, Australia and other emerging markets.

We're seeking a multi-talented, customer-centered, data-driven, deadline-oriented senior program manager to support cross-channel and cross-country marketing initiatives. The Program Manager will focus specifically on marketing and will be responsible for acquisition and activation of new marketing channels, budget management, and the development and execution of scalable engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, passionate about global marketing, and work at both tactical and strategic and levels. He/she will generate creative ideas for growth and execute best-in-class cross-country marketing campaigns, analyze data, and solve problems. He/she would work closely with teams including marketing, product, sales, seller education, editorial, business analysis, senior leadership, and other stakeholders., · Perform in-depth research into the current state of global sellers, becoming an expert in the topic by working with our market research and regional teams to understand and develop hypotheses regarding seller segments · Uncover common themes and unique challenges faced by global sellers and identify which channels and content to reach them to best drive their registration, launch, and success across Amazon's various international marketplaces · Develop strategic plans, goals, and road maps to create rich content and run campaigns in countries, regions, and languages around the world · Build upon the team's existing experiment-based methodology to test hypotheses in an agile sprint-type process that captures and builds upon best practices and lessons learned · Manage the creation and update of content and automated campaigns, working closely with creative and channel owners to manage the design, building, and testing of new content and functionality · Manage paid search campaigns · Manage Seller surveys to improve Seller experience

Candidate Description

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline · 5+ years in digital marketing, international business, program management, and/or project management · Experience with ecommerce marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing in other ecommerce companies · Familiarity with SEO and mass marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot and/or Marketo), · MBA or Master's degree · Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, including stakeholder expectations · Experience with project management
