The main duties and responsibilities of the Production Manager will be to: + Manage multiple production and project schedules from brief to delivery. + Provide agreed project schedules and breakdowns and ensure projects are delivered on deadline. + Ensure that briefs are shared and managed in an efficient and balanced manner across the team. + Manage incoming requests and ensuring everything is answered and filed. + Keep timelines and project charts up to date and improve record keeping processes. + Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders across assets and projects. + Identify potential improvements in delivery processes and working to implement change successfully. + Develop best practice guides to smooth processes.

Candidate Description

  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with all key team members and problem solve. + Keep asset libraries updated and organised. + Must be a self-starter with experience of marketing and incredibly diligent organising skills. You'll have: + Previous Experience in managing multiple projects + The ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders + Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team + A positive can-do attitude with the ability to tackle and deal with any obstacles + Previous Production Management experience + Excellent organisational skills "In applying for this role, you acknowledge the following; this role falls in scope of the Off Payroll Working in the Public Sector legislation. Any rates of payment quoted will reflect the gross rate per day for the assignment, and, will be subject to appropriate taxes and statutory costs. As such the payment to the intermediary and your income resulting from this contract will be different."
