Job Description

You will be responsible for the roadmap owner of Vodafone's trade in product, responsible for the implementation of changes, launches and promotional activities. You will own roadmap for Trade-in. Including: launching promotions, new products, changes to processes, proposition support, and journey improvements. You will also be responsible for the implementation of Trade-in promotions, ensuring that all channels, processes, and training are ready and you will responsible for warehouse process change alongside the Trade In Operations Specialist, working together to ensure proposition design can be mobilised and performs as expected.

  • Strong prioritisation skills - able to prioritise changes based on business benefit

  • Excellent team collaboration - ability to work in virtual and matrix team environments, seeing the bigger picture

  • Excellent problem-solving skills - identifying gaps and using initiative to ensure continuous improvement is in place

  • Communication skills - strong written and verbal communicators - presenting and facilitating meetings
