Job Description

The Global Product Manager will play a key role in the creation of a new Managed Services offering for SaaS products. This offering will maximise the value that customers get from Vodafone's SaaS portfolio by providing them with simple access to skilled resources. This is a high priority initiative with ambitious goals that requires a driven individual passionate about solving customer problems and launching new products and services at scale. The individual will work on driving the strategy, product roadmap and delivery of new services to delight end customers. It will involve bringing together stakeholders from strategic partners and various Vodafone Business functions across markets to ensure successful delivery. This will require excellent organisational and relationship management skills, coupled with commercial and technical acumen. It is a global role, which could be based in the UK or other Vodafone locations in Europe.

With us you will:

  • Design, develop and launch Managed SaaS offering

  • Manage all aspects of the Managed SaaS offering including new product development and product management

  • Use customer, market, analyst and sales insights to maintain and update a roadmap, ensuring products/services are relevant and competitive

  • Ensure products/services deliver world-class customer experiences

  • Work closely with Marketing, Go to Market, Sales, Finance and other teams at Vodafone Global and in Operating Companies across markets to drive success

  • Lead product specific engagements with key partners and vendors

Candidate Description

  • 5+ years' experience in Product Management launching SaaS /Cloud technology or Managed Services, preferably in the SOHO/SME market

  • Experience in working with external partners in collaborative development

  • Experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices

  • Passion for unearthing customer insights and championing the voice of the customer

  • Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse stakeholders in matrix environment

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

  • Inquisitive and can-do mind-set

  • Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications (or willingness to attain rapidly)
