Job Description

  • Acts as the lead liaison between the LOS proposal / new proposition team and Operate. + Acts as the conduit into Operate to bring relevant capability to the proposal / proposition team. This can involve engaging process design BAs, tech solution BAs, PMO resources, resourcing, training, Operational Excellence capability (Mobilise and Optimise knowledge) etc to contribute to the design of the solution. + Leads the Solution Lab design team and ensures that they are coordinated and aligned to an end goal. + Manages the relationship with the LOS team making sure that requirements, actions, dependencies etc are fed into the Operate team and into the LOS team. + Report status and issues back to the EMS Solutions Lab team. Escalate critical issues as appropriate for resolution. + Ensures that the operational delivery team is staffed with the best people for the different roles if / when an operation is established. + Leads the operations team through the set up phase and until operations are stabilised. Select the new operations lead and work on a effective handover to the new ops lead. + Takes responsibility for delivering a successful outcome for Operate and the firm on the proposal or new proposition.

As a Manager in Operate, you'll work as part of a team to help clients handle critical projects, programmes and processes, from keeping pace with regulation to trackling transformation., + Track-record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationship + Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions + Ability to work to tight deadlines + Effective leadership skills. + Strong influencing, team working and coaching skills. + Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships at all levels. + Excellent time management and personal organisational skills. + Ability to see tasks through to the end and meet tight deadlines, taking responsibility for their completion and maintaining quality throughout. + High level of technical competence. + Commercial acumen + Ambitious and driven by success + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Entrepreneurial approach and mindset + Passionate about client service
