Working alongside the local Supply Chain Leaders in our Consumer Business, your role as Principal EU Low ASP Supply Chain will be to innovate and implement end-to-end solutions in our EU Supply Chain in our low product cost-to-serve. Working closely with the EU leadership and US counterparts, you will drive EU-wide end-to-end supply projects requiring vendor engagement, as well as senior internal stakeholder management across multiple partner teams. You will act as a thought leader with a high level of autonomy to bring impactful ideas to the table and execute them by influencing up and down in the organisation and across multiple locations.

Candidate Description

The successful candidate must be experienced in strategy definition within supply chain, as well as project & product implementation ideally within operations. Have proven experience to collaborate with various teams to design, build and develop new features to grow the business and reduce friction to customers. Have a background in navigating ambiguity and driving projects with large-scale impact. Be able to communicate your strategic direction and progress through excellent written and verbal communication skills and show flexibility and a strong work ethic, given the fast-paced context.

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. · 10+ years professional experience in supply chain management from a general merchandise retailer, consumer company or consulting firm. · Previous experience in optimising Supply Chain to reduce inventory holding costs. · Managed project budgets of £20m+. · Launching products & development life-cycle for new products. · Experience in owning roadmap strategy and definition. · Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. · Certified Project Management Professional.

· Experience working with retail and/or hardware teams. · Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects. · Ability to estimate project cost and return on investment.
