Help them to apply that knowledge to their daily work. · Collaborate with stakeholders on how to achieve the desired results efficiently and effectively, addressing the root cause(s) of performance gaps rather than symptoms or side effects. · Demonstrate impact of the programs using well defined metrics. · Analyze the audience, content, technologies, operational constraints, and trade-offs associated with selecting the best delivery methods for each objective to optimize design and implementation strategy. · Focus on scale and simplicity to ensure adoption and usage of the programs in all of our EU locations. · Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, scalability and sustainability. Conduct post-learning evaluation to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution while establishing methods for ensuring both consistency and quality. · Create and track project plans to design and deliver world-class learning programs, leveraging technology where appropriate to extend access, gain efficiency and scalability. · Serve as a role model for excellent instructional facilitation and develop those capabilities in others. · Partner effectively with the Operations and HR leaders and field teams across the EU who may help to implement the various onboarding and leadership development program components developed by your team. Establish open communication and a feedback loop. · Build relationship and credibility with all levels of leadership. · Keep abreast of best practices in talent management, leadership development and associated practices.

Candidate Description

We are looking for an innovative learning professional with a strong passion for leadership development to lead a small team tasked with designing, building and deploying Pan-EU learning programs for the next generation of Amazon's leaders., · Experience in the areas of training and training design, group facilitation, leadership development, Instructional design and ability to support and mentor others in these domains · Entrepreneurial spirit · Creativity · Familiarity with quantitative and numerical, metrics-based approaches to measure training results · Experience in people leadership, career development, and talent management in a fast paced global environment. · Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) and independently deliver results. · Strong executive presence, effective communication and analytical skills. · Deep understanding of metrics and how to use them to drive business results. · Experience in running large-scale, multi-country, multi-function Learning and Development programs for leaders · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Very strong verbal and written communication skills · Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time · Deadline-driven action oriented mindset, with 'roll up the sleeves' attitude. Demonstrated ability to deliver under time constraints · Excellent fit with each of Amazon's leadership principle · Proven leadership track record and potential · Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level · Excellent and proven people management skills · Credible with Senior Operational and Business Leaders as well as on the shop floor · Experience across the full project lifecycle - from analysis / design to implementation · Passion for Amazon's business and motivation to progress and build a career with Amazon

· Master or other advanced degree in related discipline · Experience with using, administering and facilitating survey instruments and assessment tools (e.g. SDI, FIRO-B, MBTI, PDI) · Previous work in a manufacturing/distribution environment · Experience in strategy or HR consulting
