Previous commercial decision-making experience is desiredStrong drive to make a difference and excellence in investment appraisal and modelling evaluation, property business case development with expert knowledge in various commercial structuresExperience of market renewable commercial structures, green leases, real estate or vehicle financing, heat and energy market knowledge is a mustProven track record in delivering deal-flow/pipeline and identification of relevant innovative, high growth potential business propositionSales, marketing or investor relations related experience will be helpfulAccounting and tax experience to evaluate different solutions is desirableExcellent knowledge and understanding of the building technology trends and how they can effectively delivered to Mitie's customersProactive and flexible approach to working with an ability to take the initiative and work within a highly matrixed organisationYou will be self-motivated and interested in constantly learning in order to improve our businessYou will be comfortable with working to tight deadlines and you will enjoy every day being different, and relish the challenge of dealing with ad hoc projectsTransactional experience and experience early-stage Angel or VC is desirable
