? Supporting Senior Director and be the teams' "right hand person": strong understanding of their priorities including diary management. This involves organising travel, client meetings, lunches, and dinners. ? Effective "gate keeping": managing all incoming communication (including voicemail and e-mail), efficiently establishing what is priority, drafting replies and ensuring that all mail and enquiries are processed in an accurate, professional and timely manner. ? Formatting of PowerPoint presentations, assisting on pitches to a high standard and proof reading all outgoing correspondence and documents, ensuring all documents meet CBRE standards and branding requirements. ? Meet and greet clients and colleagues, including organising refreshments, meeting rooms and equipment as necessary. ? Use myBuy and Peoplesoft (CBRE's Finance System) to raise invoices, code/process external supplier invoices, register new projects. ? Monitoring, maintaining and uploading information in internal databases; ie Salesforce/Client IQ, for use by the team and be able to extract information and reports. ? Entering of team's expenses onto Peoplesoft in a timely manner. ? To provide cover to the Head of Strategic Advisory during EA's absence and to work closely with EA. ? Providing general business support to the wider department and involvement in departmental projects as required.
