We are looking for a PA to provide daily secretarial and administrative support our Advisory Digital and Technology leadership team in EMEA, to ensure that their needs and our customers' needs are met. From time to time, they may be required to assist other members of the team.,
Full ownership of diary management - pro-actively manage the leaderships team's busy diaries, make appointments for both internal, external and supplier meetings, and arrange meetings and rooms where needed.
Supporting the wider EMEA and London team for organisation of events such as townhalls, return to the office processes, communications, and desk booking.
Organisation and booking of business travel through the company's preferred supplier - flights, train tickets, taxis, and hotel accommodation.
An ability to prepare Microsoft Word reports and PowerPoint presentations to a high standard.
Maintaining a meticulous online filing system for all current developments which adheres to CBRE standards of compliance (this includes preparation for audits)
Using PeopleSoft (CBRE's finance system) to raise invoices, register new projects or suppliers, and raise expense claims.
Formatting reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, including merging of documents.
Booking / amending international flights / hotels and putting travel itineraries together for overseas visits when required.
An understanding of the team's priorities including diary management and supporting the team with administrative tasks, printing, document preparation, report production.
Working in a fast-paced environment.
The organisation of staff and team entertaining.
Ensuring a smooth running of day-to-day business.
Troubleshooting for the team and escalating issues with HR as necessary.
Responsible for new joiners, IT, holiday, and sickness recording.
Co-ordination of events such as the Christmas party, social events, and office moves.
Prior PA experience
Prior Excellent IT skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (production of high-quality documents, reports and correspondence, diary, and email management in Outlook).

Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative.
Ability to work proactively and cooperatively.
Able to work to deadlines and have a flexible approach.
Experience of working with internal/external clients.
